South Carolina: 2, Orange: 0

For many, many years now, Carolina has had a block of "Orange" games at the end of the year (Tennessee, Florida, and Clemson). We have always struggled with TN and FL (i.e. - never won!) and we could squeak by Clemson sometimes. This year, though, we have somehow beaten TN and FL and we play Clemson this week. Let's hope for 3-0 against Orange! (OK, some may argue that Auburn wears orange too, but it's not much orange...)

Actually, over the last couple of seasons , Tuberville has tried to play up the the orange for Auburn - we have games designated as All Auburn, All Orange which are supposed to encourage the fans to all wear orange (good TV visual). Personally, I'm more fond of the navy blue and a pet peeve is that most orange AU merchandise isn't burnt orange which is our official color. At least it's not UT's road-construction barrel orange. Congrats on the UF win.

Congrats (and thanks!) to Auburn for beating GA. That helped us out! We're now #19 in AP and could have a tie if GA loses to KY (long-shot, I know...)

Anyway, I guess "officially" we're 2-1 against the Orange! That's crazy that the Orange merchandise isn't the right color.

I guess anonymous posting is rather brave too, huh?
