Domino 6.5.4 Fixpack 2

IBM Technote 1219981 provides information on Fixpack 2 for Domino 6.5.4. I believe I will skip this an go to 7.0 (hopefully soon...) since IBM has decided not to correct a Semaphore issue in the 6.x codestream.
